White Birch Haven Overview |
Rediscover your senses here at one of the highest points of all Ontario. A 4 season resort located by the door steps of Algonquin, White Birch Resort lies in the hearts of those who have been returning for decades. A surreal waterfront on beautiful Wannamaker Lake, absolute peace and quiet and sunset views compliment the most unbelievable natural environment Ontario has to offer.
Our 2 mile fresh water lake has been preserved since the beginning of time, with no rivers leading in. Wannamaker is fed from underground springs flowing through the Canadian shield mountain and test results prove Wannamaker is one of the cleanest lakes in the world.
White Birch Haven satisfies the deepest hunger in those who have an obsession for cottage country. All of our cottages have a waterfront, and sunset view. |

| Location Description |
Wannamaker is a 2 mile long freshwater lake on top of a mountain of Canadian Shield, located at one of the highest points of Ontario. Take a look at the pictures, and you will see we are at the same level as the clouds.
When it comes to cottage country, there are many lakes in Ontario that are heavily populated by people who surround the whole lake with cottage after cottage. This setting becomes more of a public neighborhood, which pollutes the environment to the point where the natural setting can not be recognized. White Birch Haven offers you the priceless environment we all long for. |
